For Earth residents were invited to the
local fish and vegetable cook-off at The Beach at Gun Beach in Tumon. The Beach
is a bar right at the beach. GCC students were competing for various prizes
with their prepared dishes. There were free food samples for the public and
educational information about cooking with local fish and vegetables. It was a
cozy event, where we could try so good treats and eat them right at the beach
and have some fun.
Voor Dag van de Aarde was er een locale
vis en groeten kook wedstrijd. The Beach aan het Gun Beach strand in Tumon was
de locatie, een bar aan de zee. GCC studenten kookten verschillende gerechten
en konden verschillende prijzen winnen. Er waren kleine hapjes om te proeven en
ook info over de locale gerechten. Het was gezellig, lekker en fijn om vlak aan
het strand moeder aarde te vieren.
